The Colorado Society of Radiologic Technologists will award two $1000.00 scholarship for the year 2007.

The criteria for Technologists applying for these scholarships are:

1. Must be a current American Society of Radiologic Technologists and a member of the Colorado Society of Radiologic Technologists.
2. Must be currently registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in good standing.

Members of the Board of Officers or members of committees of the Colorado Society of Radiologic Technologists are not eligible.

Applicants must submit the following:

1. A copy of your current CSRT card.
2. A copy of your current ASRT card.
3. A copy of your current ARRT card.
4. A two-page essay stating why you feel you should receive the scholarship and what you intend to do with the scholarship. Essays will be judged on neatness, grammar, spelling, content and must meet the following criteria.
• typewritten/computer generated
• double spaced
• printed on bond paper
• margins: top -- 1 inch, left -- 1 inch, right -- wrap around, bottom -- 1 inch

INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.  MUST BE POSTMARKED BY MARCH 21, 2007. LATE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
